Open every day from 9:30am to 7:30pm.
Before Your Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment to ensure a seamless experience. To accommodate all our guests, please note that late arrivals will result in a proportionate reduction in treatment time, while the full price will still apply.
Facilities
To ensure a pleasant and respectful experience for all our guests, we kindly remind you that swimwear is required in all wet areas. For your convenience, swimwear is available for purchase at Le Spa’s Concept Store.
Spa Access
Please note that treatments are available only to guests aged 16 and over, with a parent or guardian present in the treatment room and upon signing a waiver. Accessible for people with reduced mobility. Children are welcome from 8am to 10am and from 12pm to 2pm.
Hotel Guests
Wet area is accessible every day from 8am to 8pm without reservation. During busy periods, our team reserves the right to manage access to facilities and may graciously invite you to return at a more suitable time.
Outside Guests
Wet area is accessible for clients who book at least 90 minutes of treatment, signature treatment or an Immersive Yoga experience. To fully enjoy the experience, we kindly ask you to arrive one hour before your scheduled treatment to make use of the facilities.
To secure your treatment booking, we kindly request a prepayment equal to the full value of your chosen treatment. Please note that without this advance, we will be unable to guarantee your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. After this period, we reserve the right to retain your deposit. In all other cases, a full refund will be issued.
Pregnancy
We have developed a range of specific treatments for pregnant or breast-feeding women.
It is advisable to wait until the 4th month of pregnancy to benefit from a massage, subject to medical advice.
After Your Treatment
We recommend avoiding sun exposure for at least six hours after a massage, body treatment, or waxing. To extend your Spa experience at home, explore our exclusive range of cosmetics available at the Concept Store.
Valuables
We decline any responsibility for the loss of valuables or jewellery on the Spa premises.
Lost & Founds
Any items found in the Spa must be handed in to the Spa reception. They will be kept in a secure place for one year. If not collected in that period, they will be donated to local charities. Hygiene products and underwear will be kept for 24 hours.
Goodwill at The Spa
N Le Spa is an invitation to serenity. We kindly ask you to respect the privacy and comfort of each guest. The Spa is a non-smoking area. We should like to remind you that telephones and other electronic devices are not permitted.
Valet Service
For your convenience, our valets will pick up your vehicle in front of Le Negresco hotel’s main entrance.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-transferable and valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Fitness
Open every day. Accessible 24/7 for hotel guests, and from 8am to 8pm for N Le Spa members.
Sports coaching sessions, on reservation, are available from 9:30am to 7:30pm.
